i don't.. it's not that safe here to have a walk at night as i watched on tv or on the internet, people can have a walk or take a picture on a public place at late night it looks fun too bad i can't do that here.. hehehee LOL

christ610010 I Do That When I feel Bor can't get to sleep. Take a walk at my neighbourhood. It also must depend is the area bright enought if not it might dangerous. As I a Guy notthing to lose, but for a ladies better don't try. As they might have molester around.

christ610010 I do say thank you. When u say thank you u make the people feel good n happy. Like everytime I quene up for the free newpaper as myr=turn I will say thank you before taking the taking the paper. As A Word u making feel important.

christ610010 Cry will not help you. It will make you more lonely, worry n fear. I will try all my way to stay a life on this island. That will be way to escape this place if you still alife. Never try to in the end in life. Life have to go on whatever happen.

christ610010 Yes. Yoga did help me to feel relax after a long day of work. I been sitting in front of pc from morming 9 am to 6 pm. My whole body feel restless. But from the yoga lesson I attend one a week it do help me release my stress.
