I meet elder people every wedneyday for chain prayer.I am planning to take some dish to my church elder people as a lunch.I wanted to know good ideas.post any healthy recipe who are older age of 85.How it is sounds like?advice..

Hello everybody, TOday I found time to plant my seeds.I kept them in warm place.Wow I can't wait to see the warm weather,still having cold weather.I planted okra,brinjal,marigold,tamatoe,basil and beans.what about you guys?

chubby3367 why not.I post the biryani recipe as well as low sodium curry recipe sooner or later.Check them.I suggest that don't use canned food if really concerned about low sodium food.
