Well i always make sure that i give my meds almost on the dot but there are just some meds that are on the same time and patients are almost half a block away from each other so i make sure that i have 5 minutes within the time...

cm4444 Frankly 5-10 minutes wouldn't make any difference unless its a medical emergency, in which case you have to think about just one patient and forget about all others.
