It a missile discovered by India and Russsia which can be handled from ship, flight, and land rocket launcher. It is soon to be handed over to the Indian Army. If you have some more information tell me.

contact2web No. India is not in race against china, it is a soveriegn nation so no aggression against any country is the strategy used. Of course India is more capable of doing anything in the world.

contact2web Going for refurbished components is not advisable for any electronic devices. Since all electronic devices time period is something around 10-15 years. So going for new would be better if cost difference is not high.
