craftyuk i have just been prescribed it today so i don't know just yet how effective it is yet. but i am having lots of problem with a cough and the doctor has also changed my inhaler. i will certainly let you know if it helps me at all

I love to go to stores even if I don't buy anything, I just like looking around at everything and seeing what there is. Getting an idea so when I do want to buy something I remember where I may have saw it.

craftyuk it can be a good place. they will often want to do a home visit and assess your place etc before placing an animal. they will also be able to advise you what would be best for you.

craftyuk if you have a cell phone with a reminder function then use that. or make a chart. you need to incorporate into your daily routine so that you always do it. if you can do it for 6 weeks i think it is, then it becomes a habit. have it next to your toothbrush so...

craftyuk i guess we all have different music that we use in different situations. sometimes if you assocaite one particular band or type of music with one person then it is hard to hear it if you breakup for example. Other times it is the words that are more important....
