Colleen It is tragic but I think too many people are desensitized to the poverty some people endure. Sadly people think a person is at fault if they are poor. It is societies problem that everyone wants to blame on everyone else.

Colleen hmmm there are things called romane noodles you can get here in Canada for 30 cents. Sometimes canned tuna or can of soup and 99 cents ,some loaves of bread are 99 cents.
