cukal6 We don't have a video store near us so we joined netflix and we love it. We get probably 8 or 9 videos a month with the one at a time plan. we should probably bump up our plan but now that it's summer I would rather have my kids outside.

cukal6 We used to have this problem, until we bought room darkening shades. That worked really well for us. Now that it's summer, we usually let the kids stay up as late as they want since they don't have to get up for school.

I need suggestions for getting to sleep faster

I've asked doctors about this, and none of their suggestions have helped. I flat out refuse to rely on sleeping pills. I just can't get to sleep at night, and I'd like any suggestions that you all have for falling asleep faster.

cukal6 I crawl into the bath with a good book. My husband and kids know that when I head upstairs with my book, they should leave me alone for at least an hour. To me there's nothing more relaxing than that...except maybe a week in Jamaica!
