cungcung It depend of the quality of your sleep and your age. When you're still baby or kids you have to sleep not less than 8 hours a day. But when you already grow up 6 hours with good quality sleep is enough.

cungcung I think Jealousy is more about affraid of losing the person. It's envy. If you really love that person you would do anything to make him/her happy, without thinking bout yourself, that's the real love.
