cupcakejones That's a dish that people seem to think is difficult. Just make sure when you beat your egg whites that you don't over beat them. Find you a recipe that sounds good and try it. Make sure you fold the egg whites into the white sauce once it has cooled slightly....

cupcakejones well you can do it either way after that. i usually season my pasta water with salt and garlic powder. once you strain the pasta after that it should have that garlic flavor. you have to salt the water heavy because pasta is one of those things that needs lots...
