danesmoniz this is so strue..its like when you're eating food...if you eat too fast you can't savor the true flavor..same in life if you've move to fast you see it's really beauty and you might end up choked in a situation.

danesmoniz its not yucky at all!... i always do the samethinbg, whenever i need a quick lunch at home i cook instant noodles and i'd still want it to be healthy so i put cabbage or carrots in it.

danesmoniz maybe that's why other people would choose to invest in surgeries because they get the results rightaway..whereas when you do exercise..yeah you sweat but there isn't really 100% guarantee that you are burning fat.. how ironic, so easy to eat a lot but so hard...
