Fruit and vegtables is good to eat with peeling or without?

All the vitamins are in the peeling of vegtables and fruit so in my opinion it's better to eat them with peeling.What do you think about?

darshanv Congrats, I recd my pay rise last month. Great feeling, but now there's another year to wait for another raise. I don't know how my raise compares to others but I guess atleast something is better that nothing. Cheers
