davethegreat I think its sincere and geniune, even though i agree that there are better ways of finishing the text. Its indeed a nice gesture and i totally agree it is an indication of goodwill so it is nice.

davethegreat Well, you are lucky then, because there are houses, like mine, that get dusty within a day after being cleaned. I think that way of cleaning (on room each day) isn´t the best option, because it gets dirty easily, if other rooms haven´t been cleaned...
