demonbrain frank lampard ,you know gerrad sometimes under performs in crucial matchs.when frankie performs his best in the crucial matches.an he stays fit and is almost never injured.so my opinion would be frank lampard.

demonbrain well you know its always good to lick an ice cream .eat it slowly ,take your time and enjoy it. ofcourse it'll melt so we shouldnt keep it too long. but just long enough to enjoy it.

demonbrain well in order to be a good employer or an entrepreneur you must know how an employee thin and what he wants .so i would say we gotta start out as an employee and then with enough experience go on to become an entrepreneur.
