desertdarlene I generally can't sleep in, either. In fact, I can't wait to get out of bed sometimes. It runs for about two weeks, then I am back to normal sleeping patterns. I figure it's because of changes at my age, so I just take it in stride.

desertdarlene It might help if you lose weight, my fingers got skinnier when I lost some weight. It depends on how fat your fingers are before you lose weight. Fingers and joints are prone to swelling, especially as we age, so it might not help to lose weight at all.
