How to reduce body weight naturally ?

DevOps Cut down on carbs/fats like sweets and oil. Eat more salads, fruits and veggies. Drink lots and lots of water. Little bit of jumping jacks should help us reduce weight.

DevOps I have read about this.. There are photographers around the world whose job is to post photos on Instagram and they make money out of that. Some people sell their stuffs on Instagram.
