Do you? How often do you do that? And how long the nape would be? I usually do it only when I got depressed or sick. I don't do it regularly because it would give me headache after I wake up. What about you?

dk_y2k5 At the end of the day, it does make me stronger than before. However, in the initial stages after a heartbreak, it may dampen your confidence to an all-time low as well. It depends from person to person in my view, how one adapts to the setback he receives....
