dminotaur Nvidia. Definitely Nvidia. Screw ATI - it's like comparing Intel and AMD - the latter being ATI (yeap, they are). I think PS3 is using NVidia (ATI for Xbox 360). Notice the difference?

dminotaur Get Special containers for it - although it may cost you more than the usual containers, at least it helps that little "Flying flour" problem. Try to check Kitchen wares in malls - ask a rep, usually, they could recommend you to some.
