dorthakay08 I used to pray before bedtime. But the older I get I have realized that I tend not to pray before bedtime as much as I used to. I believe it has a lot to do with having more responsibilities before bed that by the time I get to bed I am ready to fall asleep.

dorthakay08 Music can be a personal thing and can change our mind set. I suffer from depression and during the days I am depressed I can listen to music to lift me up. I listen to pop, classical, and rock but depending on my mood it varies.
