dougyeager You can't really be prepared if you don't know the gender. We knew as soon as we could so we could buy the baby things before we got too far down the line.

It drives me crazy when I get off of work and my wife isn't there. I tell her all the time to be home when I am done working and she can never seen to do it.

dougyeager In your case thats fine but you aren't a stay at home mom that decides to run to your monthers house at 10 in the morning and not come home until 6 pm.

dougyeager I work on the computer. After I put my 8 hours in, I pay attention to the wife and kids. Sometimes though, I need to do something and the computer is right here in the living room, it's not like I'm seperated from everyone else.

dougyeager If you decide to buy one, look for a refurbished one right off of apple's website. They are a little less expensive.

AMD or Intel

Which do you prefer to buy or use, AMD computers or Intel? Which is more better when it comes to gaming and office use?

dougyeager I answer this question with the knowledge that AMD is better for gaming. However, I would prefer an Intel processor. My reasoning behind it is that I have always used an Intel chip, and am definatly a fan, I really have no reason to change when the Intel works...
