driedmango I would rather say, both of them are responsible for upbringing their family and at the same time earn a living for their family. Of course, if both are working then life is a bit easier. Just make sure, one of them is left to take care of their children.

driedmango BLink your eyes more often. This will help relieve the stress in your eyes. Or better yet, close your eyes for a minute. Just don't sleep while office hours.
