Today, all over it is that Green Tea helps reduce belly fat, helps in weight loss etc...is it really effective? How many of you here had or has green tea for weight loss and seen a difference?

Anna @durgabala Yes, green tea is pretty expensive. She had to eat less and exercise a little, instead of throwing money that way.

player618 I like good green tea such as Longjing tea.But I can't find that the green tea helps in weight loss. I drink one or two cup of tea everyday.

Kevin Thank you for your comments. I think there is no age to have wild dreams, for age is just a number and dream is just a direction. We can choose a new direction at any point in time in life.

Cristy Paleo diet includes vegetables, eggs and meat. Almost the same with what we eat. That means it is possible that we can follow Paleo diet.
