I quit smoking on friday...and it is like living in Hell...I feel like I am going crazy...can't sleep and have lots of withdrawls..I want to smoke!!! I won't do it tho... Has anybody else been through this nightmare???

econger I do eat meat though these days it is limited pretty much to chicken or turkey, and even then not very often. I was warned off of red meat by my doctor for my health, which is unfortunate, because I do like me some hamburgers... LOL I haven't eaten pork...
