epsjoice I agree. I never have been able to understand what supervisors think they will get by treating people badly. It certainly discourages good performance. Guiding people towards the way you want things done is a much better way of getting the response you want.

epsjoice I happen to be over 40 and I don't go through significant mood swings. Mood swings can occur when one reachs menopause, but that doesn't happen at 40 for everyone. Some women are way into their 50's before they experience it. I don't think that is the problem...

epsjoice I agree with you. This is why only taking resumes online is a very easy way for employers to discriminate without being caught at it. It would seem to me today that a company would value an older worker more as they are less apt than the younger crowd to move...

epsjoice Thank you for the information. I work for QuickTate right now. It wasn't too hard to sign up. They ask you to submit a typing test and resume. You also have to take 3 audio tests where you transcribe their files. The bad thing about this company is that the...
