ErnestR Life is short. As for me, there is no such thing as free time. Every second we spend, whtehr at work at home, in the gym or in front of the tv, however it may seem idle costs us something. Might as well spend it the way we want it.

ErnestR Seafood is very healthy! What a treat! Admittedly, seafood is sometimes more expensive than beef, pork,chicken and vegetables. In our office, most of us is in "see food diet" as in, when we see food, we eat!;-)
