fladave008 if i'm on the computer and have nothing better to do i will check my e-mail several times a day, however if i am not online anyway i sometimes will not check it for a few days. most of the e-mail that is sent these days is sent by bots and is just junk mail.

fladave008 i know of other uses for banannas, i worked in the construction field for years and found that banannas help sooth sore muscles, i guess it's the pottasium in them.
