fmmik2x if that's what make Java unique and popular, then, it has no OS dependent functions. cause java is popular for being a cross-platform programming language. But i'm not sure though.. :S

fmmik2x For me, I like java, cause its Object Oriented and I'm much more familiar with it. You don't have to worry on freeing the memory cause it already has a garbage collector.

fmmik2x hi Manojknair. tnx for your reply. can you explain to me why? the first one would probably give you the same answer, isn't it? a = 0 + (50/ 100)* 100 a = 0 + (0.5)* 100 a = 0 + 50.0 a = 50.0

fmmik2x hi frankouz, so this means you manage to create a java program embedded in microcontrollers... i'm curious how you did it. what are the devices you used? well, i think, java will play a major role in the future..
