frontier2002 Yeah sometimes paypal charges is quite high to consider. I saw someone earning from a PTC program and get paid $1.20 but in Paypal he only received around $0.90. I think this is really too much for a small withdrawal like that.

frontier2002 I don't believe so, i think the problem with your PC is the celeron processor which is the low end of Intel Pentium product. That's never go for computer running on celeron processor. It's very slow compare to the normal pentium
