frtwome My husband is over weight so I try to make several small meals a day for him, so he doesn't feel so hungry all the time. He doesn't eat as much all at once that way. I only eat late lunch and dinner. But I always cook dinner of the evening.

frtwome I would think that the styrofoam would have to change the taste of a cup of coffee. I love my coffee, but to me it does not taste the same in a styrofoam or a metal cup.

frtwome I usually put in ground beef, one egg, green peppers, onions, crackers crumbled up and a little tomatoe sauce. Then after in bakes for awhile I put a little more tomatos sauce on the top of it. It turns out pretty good.
