i am a recently hired accounting staff and my 2 friends are auditors in a similar company. my friends audit us. normally, conflicts arise between these two positions. i'm afraid the friendship we have will be ruined by it.

michelledarcy In my experience people don't tend to hold back with their moans about work. I am sure you will soon hear all about the negative aspects of the company and probably not many good things. I think for your sake it will be better to stay positive.

raijin I guess it is more important for employers to know first your goals and aim, of why you applied for the job. Meaning, you can always give them your positive view about the company's reputations and that you would be more glad to be a part of their team. Here...

kathykats2003 I guess it would be gaining competitive work experience over amount of salary. Salary shouldnt be mentioned especially when it's not being asked by the HR? Salary negotiations should only be discussed when you are already on the verge of accepting the job....

Monkeymia I agree, how hard is to show a little appreciation and say Thank you. It really mkes you wonder why you go out of your way at times to help people, only to have them be rude, nasty and totally disrespectful.
