Fulton I guess it's my bacon & macaroni mix. I fry bacon bits, green pepper, onion, garlic, mixed herbs and tomato together. I cook macaroni (or any other pasta I have at hand), and mix the whole lot together. Then I'll leave it covered for 5 minutes for the flavours...

Cramps

Sometimes I get the worst cramps! There are only a few ways to get rid of them. Here's what I usually do: Soak the cramped muscles in a bath. Have a beer. Drink lots of water. Lay back and do breathing exercises.
