gemmaris1976 Others find my ritual weird but for me it's my way to relax before going to bed. What I do is put lotion on my feet and legs, then I wear knee socks.

gemmaris1976 I think the parents should be blamed. I have kids, our eating habit is not perfect however I make sure that we eat balance. I also set a good eating example.

gemmaris1976 I only seen it in photos and a statue of it at Marikina river (FYI at Marikina River there is a herd of black carabaos, trhere is 1 white in the herd). I really want to see one in person.

gemmaris1976 You should heed the advice of your friends. I read in an article before that eating heavy before sleeping can cause breathing problems while sleeping. In some cases even death. And it is common amongst the male gender.
