gogoshan Yes, soy is a nice source of protein. :) or do you eat fish? If not, maybe milk? A lot of things have protein, but i'd go for soy, coz it's got more good stuff other than protein. really good for ur body! :)

gogoshan yes, seaweed is a very good anti-oxidant! If you have a family histroy of cancer...better start on eating seaweeds! Some people don't like the taste of it, maybe try the dry ones then..they got a milder taste. Or try different flavor of them...they come in...

gogoshan hey you, that is totally NOT water damage!! water damage only damage the battery...don't need to believe in whatever cell phone sellers tell you...the only unfixable problem with water damage is that once the battery is damaged, it leaks...then that substance...
