greylady Repetitive motion with the hands, fingers, and wrists has been identified as the cause for carpal tunnel syndromme and contributes to tendonitus. Assembly line workers and secretaries are prone to these disorders.

greylady I still use an alarm clock that is across the room so I can't just turn it off, roll over, and go back to sleep. I'm afraid that music and other softer tones just would not do the job. The one I have starts out at softer tones and keeps getting louder.

greylady I never really thought about it but I keep my toothbrush in a jar with a lid on it in the kitchen cabinet where I keep the meds I have to take. I'm bad at remembering things and I take meds every morning so my toothbrush is right there where I can see it....
