Terri Doss Yes, I also don't like very spicy dishes. I use mild salsa and mild peppers whenever we make it at our home. I've never had fried ice cream or fried cheesecake before. I'll have to try them!

Terri Doss Yes, tacos, nachos, and enchiladas are probably my three favorites when it comes to Mexican food. And like you, I don't like it too spicy. I stick with mild sauces, mild peppers, etc.

Terri Doss Yes, I know what you mean about spicy/hot food. I have to protect my stomach from the really spicy stuff, so I use mild everything when it comes to Mexican food. Tastes just as good to me without the fire, LOL!
