handicape nope,it is clean.they put it with lemon which kill the germs and stuff. Its almost like eating oyster. Tepanyaki is the best.

I usually use my hands to eat it but sometimes I also use fork and knife. At home, I eat it with spoon and fork if I don't want my hands to get oil or leave it smelling like pizza.
