hanna811 I drink lot water every day but still can feel the fat getting more and more on my waist .And now everyday I climb up the stairs from the floor to 13th floor ,hoping it can work,I really dont want to be fat anymore.

hanna811 I have downloaded the video of yoga,but I olny did it few days with another girl at home but cant do it for long time .Now what I do everyday after dinner is to watch TV .I think I really have to do something to keep fit . Wish we can work it out .
