helene Hi I am struggling to lose10 kilos but I have started walking every morning (i take the dogs for a walk )I think it is actually working lost half a kilo in two days. not much i know but slow and steady wins the race. so start walking it up girl.

helene my daughter was attacked 11mths ago. and it is going to trial next week. the prosecuter is asking for a life sentence considering the violence of the attack. i think men who do this to women are the lowest of lows and they deserve to spend a long time in jail...

helene last nite i had a really frightening dream i dreamt that my partner of 11 yrs tried to kill me . he shot me twice in the chest but i crawled away and saw him getting a tarp and the trailer. obviously to dump my body. my neighbors rang the ambulance and police...

helene there is nothing worse they are hard to get rid off. we have 26 dogs so we have to keep right on top of things or it would be totally out of control. we find the best thing is a tablet you get from your vet which kills fleas,worms and heartworm all at once....
