herb1957 I've met many people that just gave off the wrong vibe when I first met them. Now, I also have to say that sometimes after meeting the person again that wasn't the case at all.

herb1957 Make sure that you stretch your legs and back from time to time to avoid cramps. Do a couple of knee bends as well always helps me.
