Is it just me or is anyone else here scared to sleep with a hot water bottle? A while back my friend's hot water bottle burst open on her bed at night and her leg got burnt!

Hesh Yes she is ok now but still frightened by the terrible experience. The lid somehow burst open, can you imagine!
