highfiveulation I love metal music! I'm not sure I'd say it's particularly better than any other style, but as far as anger management it's a pretty handy release. Plus the music is just good, angry or just loud. Headbang=therapy some days.

highfiveulation I rented that Charlie Bartlett movie on netflix and fell asleep before it had anything to do with therapy =/ Don't rent it, it's pointless. The last good movie I saw was Eagle Eye in theaters, but it gave me a headache from so much loud action junk.

highfiveulation I would say is was one of the Green Day albums. Either "Dookie" or "Nimrod" both are amazing. They just had so much influence on current rock (still do!) and you can hear them so much in punk, emo, even pop music.
