Paypal claim, is burden of proof on seller or buyer?

I know for ebay burden of proof is on the seller, but they recommended using paypal before an ebay dispute.

I am having diabetics for the last 5 years. Now a days it seems my sugar count in blood has increased like anything. I used to take pencilin injection every day. I am consulting a doctor every week and taking diets accordingly....

What is considered "long term"?

Research shows that if a couple makes it past the 4 month mark, they have a good chance of making it long term. That is why most relationships last only 3 months on average - strange huh? What is it about the 4 month mark?

To whom this may concern. I need to know what to do. My girlfriend and her brother are living with her parents. Shes 19 and hes 15. There have been several occasions where there mom and dad physically hit, kick and punch them....
