Hunnnydew I actually weigh myself every morning and every evening so I can see how different foods effect my weight. It's crazy to see a four pound gain in one day when I eat a plate of pasta! Overall I would think once a week is ok too.

Hunnnydew I pray about most everything I do. I search the scriptures for direction and ask God how he wants to direct my day. It is great to seek His will in the big things, but God wants to be a part of your everything! Blessings!

Hunnnydew I appreciate your thoughtful discussion. It is very helpful for those in this situation. BUT, I could never allow my child 10 or younger on public transportation or even at the bus stop without adult supervision. I suppose some people don't have a choice.

I do an it is a great tool. Of course, even when I get it all done, within 24 hours it is back to the very same, but at least I know there is a little cleaner surface under all those toys, pb and j stains and whatnot.
