icepop just do your best everyday, and prove your boss wrong. Maybe that is just his way of challenging you to reach your potential. He may be tough on you but in the long run, that would be beneficial for you. Don't quit too soon, you might regret it.

icepop If by hair bath you mean shampooing and applying conditioner, then my answer is everyday. It is very important to keep hair healthy and clean.. And since my hair type tends to be too dry, i need to keep it conditioned everyday. =)
