imaginaryfigment thanks and lik the other poster said, if you can carry a paper bag around, breathing in it can usually help with hyperventilation and help control that panicky fleeing feeling that rises up from deep inside somewhere and helps settle you.

I was thinking that when I can't sleep I watch tv until I get bored they gave me sleeping pills to help me rest but that does not help I guess it's like I am imnue to alot of meds.
