isin07 coffee is good anytime, except when you want to go to bed. I know people who drink it before working out. I try to have some in the am and again in the afternoon. It's just a drink, but I have to have cream and sugar, it's too bitter plain.

isin07 We use BitComet. The software sometimes uses alot of bandwidth, but for the most part the quality is great. We have yet to download a virus. (knock on wood) Something I like about it is you have access to many sites like mininova, and my fave, btjunkie.org.
