I suffer from bad hives after eating sometimes or if my body temperature goes up. Does anyone else suffer from this? And what helps soothe the itching? Its driving me mad.

911Ricki I get like this with the heat, and stress as well. My whole family usually does, my sister get's it even worse than me.

deazil You might find some help at this site www.earthclinic.com/CURES/hives.html It has a lot of natural remedies for everything that really work well. Hope this helps.

WakeUpKitty Try to find out what kind of food or drinks makes it worse. Keep your body temp as steady as possible. Take plenty of rest, live a regualar life. Ask a doctor something against the itching (though many meds or tricks and tips might not help at all it all...

sunchild2000 You sound like me, though i don't drink milk but crazy about milk products but unfortunately and ironically I'm allergic to milk. But I did found alternatives low fat milk, I can stand milk that has like 1.5% fat; I use it to make my drinks and other things....

RawBill AKA MrAusAdventure I used to be the same Jarael. I used to love everything dairy and although I did not think I had any problems with it at the time. I certainly feel much better without it. In my opinion there is nothing that tastes the same as cows milk....
