jingletcuban insomnia is a condition related to sleep where you have trouble falling asleep or maintaining your sleep when you have fallen asleep.people who suffer from insomnia have less energy when they wake up and do not feel refreshed at all.

Does anyone else have insomnia? Mine isn't terribly bad but I have to fall asleep to the tv. So if my husband has already gone to bed and if it is a work night then I watch tv in the living room. Sometimes I will think I am tired...

jingletcuban insomnia?!...yes i do suffer from insomnia...i don't what causes that one...when i have insomnia i usually read boks until sleep comes over me or listen to soft music to soothe me so that i'll be able to rest my eyes... when things getting worst i drink milk...

jingletcuban don't general boys...i've got a lot of friends mostly guys but they never talk about girls the way your friends do...usually they are the one's who get hurt in terms of having a relationship with girls..it's not only guys that talk about how to get something...
