joshdale08 about the only time when i've lost a significant amount (which is only 2 pounds) was when i came down with the stomach flu for 4 days and just couldn't seem to keep down anything i've eaten. my stomach flattened, tho, but i wouldn't advise this to anyone....

I had dengue first week of November, and it was a serious one. Thanks God I survived! But now my hair is falling. It's scary, when I wash my hair lots of them fall off. Is it an after-effect of the disease?

joshdale08 i have more cookbooks than i can count and i'm proud to say i've tried at least 1 or 2 recipes from each book. but most of these cookbooks are for pastries and cakes so i guess they're easier to do. (well, at least for me, he, he).

joshdale08 it's boiled or steamed for me coz it's healthier compared to fried rice where you cook with oil. besides, steamed rice goes with any viand you prepare and you can't match fried rice with just anything.
