kennzsniper You really don't have to deal with her SMS. With the way phone work nowadays, you can simple set text messages from her to your trash bin or some other folder in your mobile phone. That way you don't have to open look at your phone all the time.

kennzsniper I think you are thinking of building mass and not gaining weight. Gaining mass requires you ingest a lot of whey protein and a lot of exercise.

kennzsniper yeah, I think the craze has been hyped up. Too much advertising has lure people into thinking that anything 3d is good.
