khanday yes its a problem of many of the people.just do a morning jog every day and by doing cycling you can reduce your weight by stoping the food which contains butter and other fat contents. If it is a heridety once visit a doctor

khanday i use the pillow compulsory i think with out pillow we cannot sleep the neck will be cramped recently i experianced i use always soft pillows rather than hard pillows better to use pillows while sleeping
